🥔 Visual Hot Potato

1 · Set up

Host opens the game on a big screen. Everyone else scans the QR code (or enters the room code), picks a name and an avatar.

2 · Take turns

You have 30 seconds to add one detail to the scene — “add a wooden bridge”, “make it snowing”. The AI redraws the image with your detail in it.

3 · Get scored

The AI rates how well your detail fits:

• 85–100 — nailed it
• 60–84 — pushing it, but you're safe
• under 60 — you broke the scene, you're out

The AI gets stricter every round. Build on what's there; don't yank the genre sideways.

4 · Win

Last player standing wins. If nobody's out after 12 turns it goes to sudden death — the bar keeps rising until one's left.
